Philco Model 90 (Early) Escutcheon (metalic)

Price: $27.00

The first iteration of the Philco model 90 used a metal escutcheon. This is a plastic escutcheon filled with bronze powder to make it look like metal.

Models: Specifically, models made from June of 1931 to September of '31. Serial numbers below 237,000, and early runs above serial number 237,000. Others used a Bakelite escutcheon.

If you are not sure if your radio should have a metal or plastic (Bakelite) escutcheon, consult the table on the bottom of this PhilcoRepairBench Web page.

These escutcheons are plastic with some bronze in them. Made to look aged. Does NOT include brads for mounting.

NOTE: These don't have the vertical lines shown in the photograph.

Dimensions: 2-1/2" long, 2-3/8" wide, opening 1-1/8" x 3/4"
